Learning Through Loss Program is an initiative funded by Tasmanian Department of Health and Healthy Tasmania, with a mission to create grief-literate communities. Learning Through Loss provides free training for professionals and volunteers working with children and young people, throughout schools and the community across Tasmania and have options for national wide training available.
There is a wonderful FREE e-book called ‘What is Grief’ written for children aged 4 and up, by Jess Saunders that is available on the website www.learningthroughloss.org.au, as well as downloadable resources for adolescents, school and professionals.
